An initial caution in booking your date
When you book your date/time you will get an immediate confirmation notice but there is some information to fill out. As soon as you book your spot, there is a link at the bottom of the confirmation that you MUST click. It looks like this:
As soon as you click the blue text, an intake form will open up and you must fill that out right away. That information is essential to starting your mediation process on our side.

When you are ready to book a session…
Welcome, and thank you for booking a mediation with me. Full details can be found at http://judgegiljones.com/online-mediation/. Pick one of the sessions below. You can navigate among months, then select an available day and after that you will have some time choices.
After you click on your date and time, you will be taken through two steps:
First , you will fill out a short form with the booking details. In that form please add up to 10 emails for other invitees such as your client, opposing counsel, insurance adjuster, etc. They will each receive a confirmation via email.
Then, after completing the booking details, you will receive a confirmation and then prompted to click a link to fill out an intake form. A sample of that link appears in BLUE in the graphic at the left. Please do this immediately when you see the link. An online intake form will open that can be completed in about two minutes if you have your file open in front of you. In that form, you will provide me all parties and counsel along with greater detail about the case which will aid me in setting up your case and preparing for your mediation.
- Filling out that intake form and getting it to me the same day you book your mediation will greatly enhance my getting ready for your mediation.
- You will receive an email confirmation. You should see that email within 60 seconds.

- An invoice will be sent to each side for payment which will be due at least 14 days prior to the mediation date. You will be able to specify whether to bill you or the client directly.
