Book a session

By booking a mediation you are agreeing to the re-scheduling and cancellation policy shown here.

Judge Gil Jones Mediation uses a secure, integrated mediation platform known as ADR Notable. When you get to the booking process you will be able to pick your date and time, fill in a few essential details, and THEN you will be directed to an online intake form. As part of accessing the intake form you will be asked to log into the mediator’s ADR Notable site. It is free, easy to do, and essential to getting your case set up properly.

Your mediator will read and rely on the information supplied by you and the other attorneys in the case. Completing the intake form at the time of booking ensures that all parties are equally prepared, and allows me to understand the dispute and interests in advance. This materially improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the session. More info here on the intake process.

Each side will complete the same form. The information gathered will be used to prepare an Agreement to Mediate, send invoices for the mediation fee, schedule a pre-mediation session, and give the mediator a head-start on your case. The mediation may not proceed without completion of the form by each side in the case.

See the FAQ for answers to your questions about the Intake.

You need to have knowledge of the case and your client at that point. Such as,

  • your client’s name and email address;
  • PARTIES as in John Doe v Richard Roe,
  • Cause # and Court;
  • Names, emails and cell Nos. of all counsel (including cell # of opposing if you have it);
  • whether it is court-ordered;
  • and a short (say, 2 line) synopsis of the case.
  • For an entity like a corporation or LLC, full name of the entity; name, title and email of the person who will sign, e.g. John Smith Auto, LLC, by Freddy Fender, Managing Member, 1234@some_email.com.
  • A similar form is then sent to all other counsel for their particulars.

THE DEFAULT MODE OF MEDIATION WITH JUDGE JONES IS VIA ZOOM TELECONFERENCING. IN-PERSON IS AVAILABLE by selecting the appropriate link below.

Important information

  • All prices are PER PARTY. Fee and payment details here along with the cancellation policy.

What to expect in booking a session {this is a revised process as of 11/25/25}

  1. One attorney will book the mediation session using the appropriate link below. The “booker” will have a 2-step process:
    • Select a date and time followed by a very short form to collect basic information including opposing counsel (or pro se party) contact info. And will then be directed to:
    • A more detailed web-based intake form as discussed above, to collect the usual information about your party (or parties if you have multiple clients) and the case. You can also add co-counsel and staff to be copied on communications if you wish. The online intake form needs to be filled out immediately, please. It starts a lot of other steps on our end to get ready to help settle your case.
  2. Each other attorney (or pro se) will get a link to the same type of detailed web-based intake form to collect the usual information about their party and their view of the case. This will happen usually within the same day.
  3. Thereafter, an email will go out within 24 hours to every attorney (or pro se) letting all know:
    • Info about invoicing and the Agreement to Mediate, which will each be forthcoming.
    • Invitation to book your pre-mediation session. This is considered an important evolution in the mediation process.
  4. An invoice will be sent to counsel for payment or forwarding to the client for payment as soon as each attorney intake form has been received. Fee is due 14 days in advance of your mediation date.
  5. Once all parties and counsel are known — with email addresses — an Agreement to Mediate will be sent for electronic signatures.
