Rather than “just another legal blog” article I thought I thought of sharing podcasts & books. Often as we travel in the RV my navigator wife dozes off — well, the interstate is boring when we have to get on it. So I have turned to podcasts. I also do some leisure reading (not while driving the RV) and will share some good stuff.
Podcasts I think you may enjoy
I use the Google Podcasts system. That link goes to it on the web and there is an app in the smart phone stores. In the apps, you can subscribe, can download for offline listening, and can do all kinds of searches. I would suggest searching and subscribing on the web.

A recent book
OK, most of my readers are lawyers and what lawyer wants to read yet another lawyer book? Well many of you/us do and of course, John Grisham is to many, the primo lawyer book writer. I tired of his books after a while — coinciding with the advent of ghost-writing, I think.
But I found a recent one of interest which feels more like ‘old’ Grisham. THE WHISTLER – John Grisham (jgrisham.com) is a good read. Those of you who ever appeared in front of me might enjoy the major theme — a corrupt judge!
