It’s here. It has begun. “Why do a newsletter? I thought you were retired” many of you may say. I guess it stems from a life-long desire to dig out information and discuss it. To discuss it we have to share it, right? I hope that it will engender discussion.

The newsletter will probably be sent out monthly. There will be a weekly mailing which will contain the most recent several blog articles. That mailing will be sent early on Tuesday mornings. 

I will be scouring for information of general legal interest as well as mediation-specific matters and I hope you will find some goodies that interest you. Although the focus will be on legal and mediation matters, there will occasionally be something of more general interest — but no political rants!
