I no longer have a physical mediation facility. Since the Covid-19 pandemic I have gone primarily online. That’s primarily. I prefer to mediate via Zoom and as of the end of 2023 will have done over 200 by Zoom with as good a settlement ratio as with in-person mediations.
If an in-person mediation is booked, one of the attorneys is expected to host or arrange a location suitable to all parties.
Gil, Good picture and you have aged well from when we were living in Big Spring. Hope this finds you doing well. We have been in metro Richmond, VA area for past 12 years.
